Marrakech is a major city in the northwest African nation of Morocco. It is the fourth largest city in the country after Casablanca, Fes and Rabat, and is the capital touristic of Morocco. Located to the north of the foothills of the snow-capped Atlas Mountains. Marrakesh is the most important of Morocco's four former imperial cities.

The Jemaa el-fnaa is one of the best-known squares in Africa and is the centre of city activity and trade. It has been described as a "world-famous square", "a metaphorical urban icon, a bridge between the past and the present, the place where (spectacularized) Moroccan tradition encounters modernity.  It has been part of the UNESCO World Heritage site since 1985.

Koutoubia Mosque is the largest mosque in the city, located in the southwest medina quarter of Marrakesh alongside the square. It was completed under the reign of the Almohad Caliph Yaqub al-Mansur (1184-1199), and has inspired other buildings such as the Giralda of Seville and the Hassan Tower of Rabat.

The Majorelle Garden is a twelve-acre botanical garden and artist's landscape garden in Marrakech, Morocco. It was designed by the expatriate French artist Jacques Majorelle in the 1920s and 1930s, during the colonial period when Morocco was a protectorate of France.

The Saadian Tombs in Marrakech were sealed up for centuries until their rediscovery in 1917. Occupying a quiet enclosure at the kasbah, the tombs are magnificently decorated with colorful tiles, Arabic script and elaborate carvings.

OurikaValley is located south of Marrakech and situated in the foothills of the High Atlas, it contains a number of Berber villages and panoramic views overlooking mountains, female co-operatives manufacturing Argan oil and a set of waterfalls near the village of Ourika itself. It’s a perfect opportunity for taking pictures and is famous for the 7 waterfalls at Setti Fatma and the ski resort of Oukaimeden at its head. At afternoon, we come back to Marrakech.

Oukaïmeden is one of the premier skiing resorts on the African continent. It is located in Morocco, about 80 kilometres from Marrakech, in the Atlas Mountains near Jebel Toubkal.

The skiing area is at the altitude between 2600 and 3200 metres and it has a couple of lifts. There are some hotels and ski rental facilities. However, Oukaimeden does not usually get much snow and skiing on the steeper slopes is usually not possible.

The name “Ouzoud” comes from “olive” in Berber referring to the nearby olive trees. Approximately 110 meters high, the cascade is northeast of Marrakech about 150km. The the beautiful Ouzoud waterfalls has become the most famous waterfalls of Morocco, mainly due to its photo-friendliness. The area is quite impressive with a total 100 metre fall. Toudgha Gorges is a canyon in the eastern part of the High Atlas Mountains in Morocco, near the town of Tinerhir. Both the Todgha and neighbouring Dades Rivers have carved out cliff-sided canyons on their final 40 kilometres (25 mi) through the mountains. The last 600 metres (1,969 ft) of the Todgha gorge are the most spectacular. Here the canyon narrows to a flat stony track, in places as little as 10 metres (33 ft) wide, with sheer and smooth rock walls up to 160 metres (525 ft) high on each side.

Valley of Roses The town of Kelaat M'Gouna in the Souss-Massa-Draa region of the province of Tinghir Province in Morocco is most likely best known for the Festival of Roses which celebrates the rose petal harvest in May each year. Kelaat M'Gouna, also known as El-Kelaa, is home to the country's largest rose water and rose oil manufacturers – products which are used extensively in fragrances, beauty products and the traditional cuisine of Morocco. Visitors to the manufacturers can purchase rose water and other rose-scented products, bearing in mind that it takes up to three tons of rose petals to produce one liter of rose water.
